The Royal Wedding Special Features : the dress

this dress, created by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen, took my breath away.  every aspect was perfect. the lace.. the "bustle," the train, the neckline.. every aspect worked so well together.  ..it could not have been more perfect.  When interviewed by NewYorkMagazine, Sarah Burton had this to say,  "Alexander McQueen's designs are all about bringing contrasts together to create startling and beautiful clothes and I hope that by marrying traditional fabrics and lacework, with a modern structure and design we have created a beautiful dress for Catherine on her wedding day."   well sarah.. it worked! :)
