i first spotted this Derek Henderson video over at the ANTHROPOLOGIST.  the description from the anthropologist is so beautifully written that i want to share it with you here.  please dont hesitate to take a few moments & enjoy this beautiful look into nature..

Anthropologie has opened workshop style Decorator Shops in 12 stores.  intended to help customers with ideas for their home by bringing the swatches, hardware, & other textiles to your fingertips, it helps you, as the decorator to better visualize the space you are designing.

i was blog browsing and ran upon photos of this cake over at LENORENEVERMORE via the wonderful.. Sweetapolita. i love these ruffles!! i think this would be perfect for a baby girl shower, a birthday party, a lingerie or wedding shower, or just for one of those.. "have your cake & eat it too" type days! :)
